Journey Library

The Journey Library provides 12 pre-built journey templates that give you a working flow out of the box. Each template is a complete journey with nodes, edges, branching logic, and AI prompts already configured. Instead of building from scratch, pick a template that matches your use case, clone it, and customize.

How to use the library

  1. Navigate to Library in the left sidebar.
  2. Browse templates by category or search by name.
  3. Click a template to see its description, required capabilities, and recommended integrations.
  4. Click Use Template to clone it into a new agent (or apply it to an existing agent's journey).
  5. Follow the setup fields to connect your knowledge bases, catalogs, and contact details.
  6. Customize the greeting, quick reply options, and AI prompts to match your brand voice.

Each template includes a setup assistant that checks whether all required capabilities are configured. The diagnostics panel will show any missing connections (such as a knowledge base or catalog) that the template expects.

E-Commerce

Ecommerce Shopping Assistant

A comprehensive shopping journey that covers the full purchase path. Users can browse by category, search for specific products, explore deals, compare items, and get AI-powered recommendations. The flow includes AI categorization to route user intent, product cards connected to your catalog, preference extraction via Data Collector, lead capture for follow-up, and an order support handoff path.

A multi-path consultation journey designed for premium and beauty retail. Offers five consultation paths: skin concern assessment, routine builder, shade matching, ingredient deep-dive, and gift finder. All paths converge into personalized AI recommendations with product comparison, email capture, and advisor handoff.

Launch Shopfront (Single Product Landing)

A conversion-focused launch journey with a hero-first entry experience. Routes visitors by intent across four paths: explore the story, choose the right variant, buy now, and shipping/returns. Includes an AI objection handler, product comparison, email capture for abandoners, and support handoff.

Customer Support Triage

A deep support journey with five topic paths: billing, technical, account, product, and general (human support). Each path has a specialized AI prompt tuned to that topic. Includes second-attempt troubleshooting for persistent issues and a Support Escalation sub-flow that collects structured details, emails the team, and optionally creates a CRM ticket via webhook.

A post-purchase support journey with four paths: order tracking, returns and exchanges, issue resolution (damaged, wrong, missing, or billing), and human handoff. Designed to run as a sub-flow inside a primary shopping or launch journey.

Support Escalation

An escalation sub-flow for when the AI cannot resolve the issue. Detects urgency level via AI categorization, collects structured issue details through a Data Collector, sends an email notification to the support team, and optionally creates a CRM ticket via webhook (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.).

Routes visitors across five intent paths: solution fit, pricing, case studies, competitor comparison, and high-intent buyer. Uses passive lead extraction from conversation history and a natural email ask after meaningful exchanges. Sends structured lead notifications via email and optional CRM webhook.

A media planning journey with five plan-type paths: launch campaign, performance marketing, awareness/brand, festive burst, and always-on. Each path has a specialized brief intake flow and channel strategy discussion. All paths converge into a structured AI document generator that produces a media plan with rationale, budget split, channel recommendations, and measurement framework. Supports post-generation refinement. Requires login.

Customizing templates

Every template is a starting point. After cloning, you can:

  • Edit the Greeting and Quick Reply text to match your brand voice.
  • Add or remove paths by connecting new nodes or deleting unused branches.
  • Swap out AI prompts in AI Response and AI Categorizer nodes.
  • Connect different knowledge bases or catalogs.
  • Add Sub-Flow nodes to compose multiple templates together (e.g., the Shopping Assistant calling the Order Support sub-flow).
  • Adjust setup fields in the agent settings to reconfigure integrations.

The diagnostics panel will flag any issues introduced by your changes, so you can iterate confidently.
