Getting Started
Zimmer is your AI-powered media optimization platform: plan your goals, create new campaigns, optimize what's already running, and analyze results — across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and DV360. This guide gets you oriented and into your first task.
1. Sign in
Go to hub.zimmer.app (opens in a new tab) and sign in with Google or email. You'll land on your dashboard, ready to start your first task.
2. Know the layout
Zimmer has three levels:
- Workspace — your top-level account. Members and billing live here, and a workspace's data is fully isolated — nothing is shared with another workspace.
- Project — a unit inside the workspace with its own connections, agents, and access. Create more than one when you want them kept separate.
- Agent — what does the work on an account: an optimizer that finds what to change and proposes or makes it, or a conversational assistant. You create agents from a kit and run as many as you need.
Who can do what: Owners and Admins manage the whole workspace; Editors and Viewers are granted access per project. → How Zimmer Works
3. What you can do
Zimmer covers the whole campaign lifecycle — start wherever fits your goal today:
- Plan — Goals. Set portfolio goals and track progress across your campaigns. To start: open Goals → New Goal → set your target and time window → attach the campaigns it covers. → Goals
- Create — Studio AI. Share your media plan — in chat or as an attachment — and Studio AI drafts campaigns across your channels. To start: open Studio AI → paste or attach your media plan → review and approve the draft (it's created paused). → Studio AI
- Optimize — Optimizer agents. Put an autonomous analyst on what you run — paid-media campaigns (advertisers), your e-commerce catalog & commerce, or ad yield (publishers, via Google Ad Manager) — to find what's working and what's wasting spend, then recommend or make the changes. You choose how much control it has: Monitor, Approve First, or Auto. To start: open Kits, choose a kit, and Use this kit to set it up. → Paid Media · E-Commerce · Monetization
- Analyze — Insights. Track how spend is performing across platforms — down to audience, placement, and creative — and watch brand-level signals over time. Campaign Insights starts building automatically once you connect an account; Brand Insights needs training set up in Knowledge & Data first. To start: open Campaign Insights. → Campaign Insights · Brand Insights · Knowledge & Data
- Control — Runs. Everything your agents do is logged here. When an agent is set to ask first, you review and approve its changes before they go live — from the dashboard, email, or Slack. To start: open Runs to see recent activity and pending approvals. → Runs
Zimmer can also run conversational agents — branded assistants that answer your customers from your own knowledge. → Conversational agents
