Brand Intelligence
Brand Intelligence is where you train Zimmer on your own performance history so it learns what "good" looks like for your brand across platforms. Its output powers Brand Insights — your blended, cross-platform view across the whole workspace.
You set it up once, as an Owner or Admin, in the Training section of Knowledge & Data (opens in a new tab) — the section headed Training, badged Brand Intelligence. (Training and Brand Intelligence are the same thing: training is how you build it.)
Why it matters
- One cross-platform benchmark. Training pools your accounts into a single workspace-wide picture, so you can compare across platforms instead of reading each one in its own silo.
- Better insights over time. The more history Zimmer learns from, the more useful your Brand Insights become.
- Set once, refresh as needed. Keep the picture current without redoing setup.
Setting up training
Under Knowledge & Data → Training:
- Pick your ad accounts. Select the accounts to learn from across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DV360 (each platform shows how many accounts are available).
- Set a lookback window. Choose how far back to go — it uses history from both active and paused campaigns.
- Set a cadence. Run training manually or have it refresh on a schedule. You can also set a relearn-from date to rebuild from a specific point.
- Train. Use Train now to run it, or Save settings to keep your choices. You can also Import CSV to load historical performance data straight from a file (upload, then map its columns) — handy for history that isn't in a connected ad account. After any of these, the cube re-aggregates and the results flow into Brand Insights.
Your selected accounts are combined into that one workspace-wide view, so the results are shared across every project in the workspace.
Training runs
Each run is listed with when it started, its status, its mode (for example, a full rebuild), the coverage (which platforms it included), and how many rows it learned from — so you can confirm a run finished and see what it covered.
What it powers
Once training has run, the results show up in Brand Insights — the blended, cross-platform view of how you're performing. Refresh training whenever you want these results brought up to date.
Managing your trained data
Delete historic data permanently erases everything Brand Intelligence has learned for this workspace — the insights, metrics, and raw history behind Brand Insights. It can't be undone, and you'd have to re-train from scratch to rebuild it. Your optimizer agents keep the brand history they've already learned, so they carry on working. You'll be asked to type the workspace name to confirm.
