E-Commerce agents

E-commerce agents look after the commerce side of your advertising — your product feeds, inventory, and per-product performance across your store and ad platforms. They keep what you advertise accurate and in stock, and point you to the products worth pushing.

You create one from a kit: open Kits (opens in a new tab), choose the E-Commerce tab, pick a kit, and select Use this kit.

Why use it

  • Stop advertising the wrong thing. Catch feed disapprovals, missing details, and stock mismatches before they cost sales.
  • Never promote out-of-stock products. Ads stay in step with your real inventory.
  • Find your movers. See which products to scale and which are quietly wasting spend.

The kits

Two kits cover the commerce workflow — get your catalog synced, then see what's working.

Catalog Feed Syncer

Keeps your product data consistent everywhere it's advertised. It pulls your Shopify catalog — product titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability, and variants — and syncs it to your Meta Catalog and Google Merchant Center, so the same accurate product data shows on every channel. Updates are diff-based and variant-level, and out-of-stock products are marked so ads never promote what you can't sell.

Before writing, it runs AI pre-sync checks tuned to each destination — optimizing product titles, enhancing descriptions, and flagging image-quality issues — plus a validation step that catches missing titles, images, or prices and blocks the sync when too many products are incomplete. After a sync, it polls each platform's approval status and flags rejected products. It runs in the mode you choose: Monitor (no writes — a feed-health report with the diff and a remediation checklist), Approve First (queue the changes for you to review in Runs), or Auto (write them right away).

Set up: connect your Shopify store and the destination platforms, choose which catalogs to sync to (Meta, Google Merchant Center), the sync mode, and a variant strategy (all variants, or parent products only).

E-Commerce Product Intelligence

Once your products are live, this shows where each one earns its spend. It matches each product across your Shopify catalog, Google Shopping, and Meta by SKU, compares its ROAS on each platform, and produces a report: your top and bottom products by ROAS, zero-conversion alerts, category-level trends, Meta-catalog health (approvals and rejections), and specific Standard Shopping bid recommendations. It's an advisor — it tells you what to scale, cut, or fix, and you act on its suggestions from Runs.

Set up: connect Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta, and set the ROAS target it measures against.

Get going

  1. Connect your Shopify store and ad platforms (Meta, Google). → Connections
  2. Create an agent from an e-commerce kit and set it up — your product data comes straight from the connected store. → Create an agent from a kit
  3. Review what it proposes, and act, in Runs.
